- Under normal circumstances, from the 26th of each month, registration opens for activities held in the month after next (i.e. the second month following the registration month). The registration deadline is 8:00 p.m. on the 25th of the following month after registration opens.
- (Example: Starting from December 26, 2025, registration is accepted for February 2026 classes, and the deadline is 8:00 p.m. on January 25, 2026.)
- Successful members will be notified at least two working days before the activity starts, while those who are not selected will not be notified
